Terms of Service for Hellomailhost.com & HelloCRM Systems

By subscribing to any service provided by Micho Construction and Tech Sdn Bhd (hereinafter "the Company"), including Hellomailhost hosting, JELAS CRM, POS, Clinic, or School systems, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides web hosting, email services, and specialized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications (JELAS).
- Hosting: Provided via HestiaCP/PowerEdge infrastructure.
- Software: Includes POS, CRM, School Management, and Clinic Management systems.
2. Client Responsibilities & Data
- Accuracy: Clients managing School or Clinic systems are solely responsible for the accuracy of records (student data, patient medical records, etc.).
- Acceptable Use: You may not use our mail services for spamming or hosting illegal content under Malaysian Law.
- Backups: While we maintain server-level backups, Clients are responsible for maintaining their own off-site copies of critical business data.
3. Payment & Subscription
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed according to the selected plan (Starter, Business, Enterprise).
- Suspension: Failure to pay within [X] days of the invoice due date will result in automatic service suspension via WHMCS.
- Refunds: [State your policy, e.g., "Payments are non-refundable once the service is provisioned."]
4. Specialized System Terms (POS / Clinic / School)
- Compliance: Clinic systems must be used in compliance with Malaysian healthcare data regulations.
- Licensing: Software is provided as a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription. You do not own the source code of the JELAS systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for business losses, data corruption, or downtime caused by third-party upstream providers or client-side hardware.
6. Data Protection (PDPA 2010)
We process data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By using our services, you consent to the collection of data necessary for billing and service delivery.
